Xbox LIVE View Gamer Card information including Gamer Tag, Gamer Picture, Gamer Score, Zone, Reputation, Last Games played and Avatar of any Xbox LIVE® member whenever you want.
Offline Gamer Cards downloaded can be viewed even if there is not data connection, with an updated date on the gamer card to show when the information for that gamercard was downloaded, you can then refresh a selected or all gamecards to download the latest gamer card information when you want, or when you can get a connection via phone or wifi.
Gamer Cards Store multiple GamerCards, you can add and remove GamerCards whenever you want or even clear them all out, they don't have to be friends, you can follow anyone's progress on Xbox LIVE such as new people you meet, and maybe add them as friends from an Xbox 360 console later.
